ITEC “Fashion Theatre & Media Make-up” Diploma (Unit 22, 41 & 42)
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO EMBARK ON THIS COURSE YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE COMPLETED THE “ITEC UNIT 10” (ITEC CERTIFICATE IN MAKE-UP).
Our ITEC “Fashion, Theatre and Media (International) Diploma” is an ideal course that will enable students to work professionally in every aspect of the make-up world and is highly recommended as this is an Internationally Recognised Qualification.
Day time course:
Hours : Monday – Thursday 10am – 4pm
(Class days are Monday to Wednesday and Thursday is a home day for writing up your inspiration, face charts and step by step for you case studies for that week)
Dates: 9th October 2017 – 10th May 2018

Course investment: €2,700. (includes course fees, ITEC exam fees, makeup brushes, makeup kit and special fx kit)
Deposit: € 700 to confirm booking (balance can be paid by 5 monthly instalments of €400.)

** As this is an ITEC qualification you may be eligible for funding through your local social welfare office. Please contact your local office for the relevant forms and we will be happy to complete this application on your behalf.
Recapping on the basics, Using different textures/ mediums, Airbrushing, The use of photography, Making changes for colour or black & white, Effects of lighting, Sterilisation/ sanitisation of tools, vintage (all era’s), High Fashion, Avant Garde, pantomime, theatrical, facial hair, bald caps, Special fx (cuts, scratches, burns etc.) Ageing (theatrical & latex), Theatrical/ TV & film, Body painting, Tattoos plus many more.
Please note that you will need to bring along the following for the duration of your course,
1. Make-up brushes.
3. Skincare (for yourself).
4. False eyelashes (strip and individual).
5. Duo glue.
6. Baby wipes.
7. Black towel.
8. Hand sanitiser.
9. Palette and spatula.
10. Exfoliating sponge.
11. Head band.
12. Brush holder.
13. Your make-up kit that we supply (included in course cost).
We will provide all the special fx make-up and the use of an airbrush for the duration of your course.
On all courses we will work out an action plan to help you gain work in your desired area. You will also get to participate in professional photo shoots and work experience in order to build your all important portfolio.
